Laguna
"A minimalist website for the Laguna residential complex in Bali, focused on atmosphere and visuals."
Project Purpose
The website for the Laguna residential complex in Bali turned out to be a genuine visual treat. Minimalism, a black-and-white palette, and a focus on rich, vivid renders — all working together to capture the atmosphere of the place without overwhelming it with detail.
The project sells both apartments and villas, and it was essential to present both categories equally, without favoring one over the other.
- A minimalist black-and-white visual concept centered on high-quality renders
- Equal representation of apartments and villas, with no visual bias toward either category
- Thoughtful structure and navigation that make it easy to explore both property types
Every detail was carefully considered — structure, navigation, visual accents — so that every visitor, whether more interested in apartments or villas, could easily find the information they needed.
Achieved Goals
The Laguna website turned out visually striking, yet fully functional — the minimalism doesn't get in the way, it helps convey the atmosphere and value of the project more precisely.
- A clean, stylish visual presentation that strengthens the sense of place
- A balanced representation of apartments and villas as equally compelling offers
- Clear navigation that simplifies the user's path to the right property category
As a result, the website became more than a showcase for the project — it's a tool that visually captures the atmosphere of Bali, while remaining intuitive and logical for users with different needs.
"I was looking for a designer who could capture the atmosphere of Bali in a way that felt stylish and modern, not generic — and the result exceeded my expectations. The black-and-white minimalism worked even better than I imagined: the renders look genuinely high-end, and the site isn't cluttered with anything unnecessary. I especially appreciated that both apartments and villas got equal attention — in projects like this, one category often ends up overshadowing the other. Thank you for the taste and attention to detail!”
